Awesome, friendly staff and very helpful
Honestly I have a couple comments here about this place. 1. For major sales in store, they will have about a dozen staff members wandering and constantly harassing you when your walking around and trying to decide on stuff. 2. They will run out of the best major selling scents and have loads of stock on the scents that are not great sellers. 3. I was at Bath & body Works and I had a very great customer service experience with Jake. He was helpful, kind and professional. There was a discrepancy with the price on my order and after listening to the whole problem he found a solution and helped me. Despite difficulties on my end, he resolved the issue. Thanks Jake! 10/10 service.
Jennifer was so unbelievably kind and helpful to me when I went in there looking for baby shower gifts. 10/10 would recommend this location!
