shandeep i think her name is is very unpleasant and unhelpful…. i bought some soaps as a gift and wanted them wrapped, the store was a little busy but i had asked her to wrap my items and she responded with “we don’t do that during busy times” as i saw the lady next to me getting hers wrapped so i had brought that up and she responded with “that’s because she’s old” like hello? she eventually did wrap it but customer service should be provided to all ages regardless. i will not be returning.

Seriously, retail can be a total nightmare these days, but then there's Emily at Bath & Body Works. She's just amazing! She was so incredibly nice and helpful, not pushy at all, and actually made shopping fun. She's a fantastic salesperson and just genuinely awesome to deal with! Way to go, Emily!
