I had a great experience at Bath & Body Works! The store smelled amazing the moment I walked in. They have a huge variety of body mists, candles, and lotions, and everything is so well organized. The staff was friendly and patient, helping me find the perfect fragrance. I really appreciate how they always have good deals and gift sets too. Overall, a lovely place to shop for personal care items or gifts. Definitely recommended
Not a place the I normally dont go to, but I did go shopping to pick up a few things to surprise my wife. I went into this store and had the pleasure to talk to Darcie at the Grasslands location and she was so awesome. Her knowledge on the products expertise really helped me pick the perfect gifts. I even got to try things even though I am a male. She was so helpful and perfessional I would be very happy to spend more money in this store because she was that good at her job and 1 can tell that she truly loves what she does.
I recently visited store ( South Regina) and was very disappointed with the customer service, especially from one of your staff members named Palak. She was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout our interaction. Instead of assisting us properly, she kept speaking in her native language with her coworkers and gave very short, dismissive replies.
