THE SUPPORT AT THE LOCAL STORE IS FANTASTIC, BUT ONLINE HELP IS THE RUDEST & MOST ILL-MANNERED "customer service" agents that I have ever encountered! You can only reach them through chat now & they immediately disconnect you whenever they feel like it! I was pleasant & respectful to each & every agent, despite how they spoke to & treated me!
