Worst experience There was this one employee I don’t know her name. She was so rude and constantly saying seriously in a taunting way whenever customer asks for The stuff or deals. Not worth coming
I’ve been going here for years and I think it’s about time. I say something about the staff. They are wonderful. I literally got given a bigger bag today because they noticed that I was carrying a lot of stuff around and they wanted me to be comfortable so they gave me a bigger bag to accommodate my stuff. I only bought two candles. That’s really good customer service and they always do that. They’ve been doing that for years so I just want to let everybody know that they’re really good here!
Amazing customer service. I went to this location kind of frustrated to return a product with which I was not happy at all. (yes, it was my fault since I was turning those outlet plugs in the opposite direction and that was why the product did not work, Shame on me!!!) Poor customer service and not enough staff on till
there is this lovely lady at the abbotsford mall location Laura-Lee was her name she has the best customer service ever i love going there to see her i always have the best Conversations with her definitely deserves a raise sweetest lady ever.
