I love this location, the employees are so friendly and especially considering how honestly they put up with a lot of rude customers. I always look forward to visiting, especially during SAS! One of the ladies at the front took the time to count all my BOPIS items to make sure they were all there as ordered, and wrapped them thoughtfully despite it being busy. I also had issues with my giftcards and they were extremely patient & honest with me- which I appreciated. 🩷🩷🩷

Excellent customer service on Sat April 25th. Debra, Place D’Orléans! She was a delight! Friendly, genuinely helpful. The other staff were all very kind as well. I will go back for the great service!

i went to this location and i felt like i was being harassed and not left alone. I kept telling them im browsing but they didn’t take no for an answer and kept showing me products when all i wanted was to be left in peace to smell around. i don’t recommend this store and will not be coming backs. It’s sad because i love this store but the staff members made my experience horrible.
