I would not recommend this store based on my recent experience. I went in to purchase a few candles for Christmas, as the store has often offered multi-item deals in the past. When I asked a staff member if there were any current promotions, I was told there were none and that the candles were $27 each. After I mentioned that there are usually sales, the clerk became noticeably irritated, and I was offered to speak with the manager. Placed an order online, it said that 2 of my items couldn't be shipped and I had to pick up at the store. (I live 40 mins from the nearest store) so I changed my order to be picked up at the store because I wasn't about to drive into the city for 2 items. I wasn't able to get here within the 4 to 5 days they needed me to pick up. I came into the city to pick up and they informed me my entire order was canceled. Excellent customer service! The ataff was friendly, helpful, and approachable! The first person I spoke to wasted no time in helping me find what I was looking for, despite not quite knowing myself. I also had a very pleasant conversation with one of the other employees about a surprise mutual interest! It also became clear to me that the staff have perfected the balance between the more social and more practical aspects of retail, as the store itself was immaculate!
