I had the best customer service I’ve ever received at this store, from a lovely lady called Maddy? I know I should’ve done this review on the day of but it was during the just concluded semi annual sale. I came for a price adjustment and she was very patient with me and I ended up going home with an extra bath gel. The container was grimy and she washed it, dried it and handed it to me. She deserves more than a raise make her the manager lol such exceptional customer service Thanks girl!!
I recently just lit a three wick candle from this store and instantly had to throw it out, i was spitting out black mucus and black stuff in my nose wondering if i needed to go to ER for chest pains, coughing, and black mucus but discovered it was my candle burning in a bad way, the glass container is pitch black my walla have black residue as well as everything Erie in my room and a circle burn mark on my new dresser from where the candle was sitting. Taylor and Zach were so helpful with me today!! They both greeted me immediately and answered every question I had. Zach assisted me with finding a candle in a scent I liked, and Taylor packed my online order for me even though it wasn’t quite ready yet. They helped me with a direct exchange for a new candle since I didn’t like the scent someone else bought me. They are amazing employees, and definitely deserve some recognition!
I bought three different candles and four room sprays to use as gifts from their store in Pen Centre, so I kindly asked for a few extra small bags since I obviously couldn’t present the items to people without proper packaging. My request was immediately refused, and when I tried to explain the reason, the staff member who attended to me was very abrupt and dismissive directing me to buy a transparent packaging. Went and purchased a few things for Mother’s Day and got the best service I’ve ever received from Arwen. Had no clue what to buy and she made sure to run me through absolutely everything. Everyone else working had no care but she really stepped up, thanks Arwen!
