Walked round that bloody enormous shopping centre today looking for this store ..BUT .. its Fecking Permanently closed even though it states otherwise on the app. Not best pleased.
Very poor customer service. I went to return item and the staff was very unprofessional and didn’t know anything about returning policy instead made a big fuss i got told that they are not being trained for this. No apology or anything.
Happy that the store is back in pac fair cause i love the products but the atmosphere is so weird. Customer service is a bit bland and there’s no music i felt awkward shopping.
Ordered online with Bath and Body Works in the November sale and received two room sprays that were used, one nearly empty. When I emailed customer service they asked for photos (??) which I sent them - obviously, unable to tell anything from a photo as the spray can had a label on. Finally they told me I would need to send the products back and they would arrange a replacement - pretty standard.
