I visited Bath & Body works yesterday. I must say, that a young lady named Shanice (I apologize if I misspelled her name), greeted my friend and I so graciously. There were other workers but they may have been busy training. Shanice had just finished with a customer and came over to my friend right away. It makes a difference in the shopping experience. She even informed us that the store (due to relocating back to their original space), would be closed from Saturday and would be reopening the following week. Thank you for y... read more
