just went to Sarnia Bath & body yesterday to get some stuff but unfortunately forget to take the coupon that they give everytime you go there. So next day when went to the same store to get the coupon redeem the staff says that " It's cheating to use bring the coupon next day to get the discount". My question is why its matters when I took my receipt to proof that i was there yesterday and purchased almost $70 products and you cannot acknowledge the coupon that your company gives? I enjoy many products but the car fragrance holders are trash. Falls off easily and more of a hassle than it’s worth.
Staff members are all amazing and they go out of their way to help everyone
Excellent store but too crowded with staff.
