I love bath and body works products. Smooth on the skin.
Love the Sarnia B&Bworks, gals were so helpful and the store wasn't jam packed.
Great sales and smells!! Always lots of help on hand. NOTE: Park at the food court entrance (The side that Canadian Tire/ToysRus in on) and it's around the corner to your left, food court on right. How many times do I park at the wrong entrance and have to walk through the whole mall.
I don't usually go to the store as I order on line - after my in store visit I'm going to change up my shopping. The customer service representative working in the afternoon March 25 were so awesome to deal with. They were very accommodating and so excited about all the new scents - they truly appear to love their jobs. The staff did not do pressure sales and respected your space while walking through the store. The store was clean and bright. A1 customer service
Incredible staff. My daughter and I always have a wonderful time here. The women are so sweet and helpful and are so much fun to talk with. It's also wonderful they share their favorite scent as well as explaining in their own view what they like about the scent. Honestly Only place I get perfume.
