Cindy really needs to work on her customer service skills. If she had shown even a little effort or kindness, I could’ve rated higher. The issue wasn’t our fault — the machine wasn’t accepting my gift card, and we were patiently waiting while it was being sorted out. Instead of helping, Cindy came back with a major attitude, complaining about having to close the till and making it clear she was frustrated. I visited Lambton mall store today and when asked cashier to know the price of a product her first comment was “this is not a cheap one” which is the worst experience one can have in a perfume store. Though I bought both of those products because I wanted to buy. But I am really disappointed how people treat their customer from other races. ☹️

This place is okay. I love the smell as you walk by. It can be overwhelming since so many different scents hit you at once, but it is pleasant. There are a variety of products to choose from, which is great. The prices are a little high for my own preference, as you can buy products of slightly less quality for, in some cases, half the cost of the products being sold here. I went there today with my friends, and only cashier kate was very polite and rest of the staff were intimidating with us, we didn’t felt safe and they were interrupting us regularly, can’t let us shop properly, i felt racism.
