This place is okay. I love the smell as you walk by. It can be overwhelming since so many different scents hit you at once, but it is pleasant. There are a variety of products to choose from, which is great. The prices are a little high for my own preference, as you can buy products of slightly less quality for, in some cases, half the cost of the products being sold here. I went there today with my friends, and only cashier kate was very polite and rest of the staff were intimidating with us, we didn’t felt safe and they were interrupting us regularly, can’t let us shop properly, i felt racism.
I walked into the store three sales people standing around talking about their personal life. I was not greeted. No one offered to help me then as I was trying to find the item I wanted the sales girl comes running over. just went to Sarnia Bath & body yesterday to get some stuff but unfortunately forget to take the coupon that they give everytime you go there. So next day when went to the same store to get the coupon redeem the staff says that " It's cheating to use bring the coupon next day to get the discount". My question is why its matters when I took my receipt to proof that i was there yesterday and purchased almost $70 products and you cannot acknowledge the coupon that your company gives?
