Was there recently and the store was very unkept, and the staff was not friendly. The store seems to have changed the whole staff, where did the regular girls go? They were always so friendly and helpful. I won’t go out of my way to go back. BBW whatever changes you made, weren’t good ones. It’s a shame. That mall is dying and I went out of my way just to go there and see friendly faces. Me and my girls always enjoyed the people there. SMH
I wemt to store today amd filled a bag woth many products.i went to cpunter tp pay "im going tpbtale you at the orher register"was my greeting.no hello or may i take you .....nothing.when she finally came to ring me up i put in my phonw number then she starts talking to the woman behind me lile i was invisiabld anf the woman leeps on askinh questions i lnow my boxy language had to be expressing and i said excuse me...to no prebail.zo i walked out vowing to neber return sp disgusted
