On 12/29/25 I went at 8:30PM I had checked online if they were open and it said open. I called and the automated machine said 9pm, Google said 9pm, and Apple Maps said 9pm. I get there and there was a bunch of ladies in the front with the door locked and stared at me as if I was crazy it was 8:30 and door were already locked and closed for the night even though everywhere I checked it said 9.
Always excellent service and friendly at Shenandoah. Meghan is awesome, and Preston is my favorite. I continue to go to this location because the staff all make me feel welcome.
I tend to love coming here but I came at 8:15 when they said they were open till 9 pm and both doors were locked and nobody was in the store. I don’t know if something happened but that was lowkey disappointing
