Order online and pick up my items here all the time. Very close to work and the staff are always very helpful.
Excellent selection and customer service better then having to go to the mall
This used to be one of my go-to locations, but over the past few years I’ve found myself driving out to Rockaway Mall instead. The staff there are much more helpful, friendly, and have a noticeably better attitude. I gave this store another chance during the holidays since it’s more convenient, but unfortunately it just confirmed my experience. The store manager, in particular, had the worst attitude of all. I’ll continue going out of my way for better customer service—it makes all the difference.
I recently went to this store to do an in store pickup on a Monday afternoon. The sales girls were super friendly and helpful. My order was ready as expected. The store was well stocked and organized. It was my first time at this location and I would go back for sure.
