I love this store and I have shopped here for many, many years. It's one of the only stores left in this shopping plaza. Always well stocked. They're talking about making this plaza a walking mall. They have felt so much around in the area. It would be perfect.
Bath and Body Works store continues to go downhill and I am very pleased when I read about stores closing. I don't have enough time for all my reasons, but customer service is on top of my list. Try teaching your telephone reps a few more words of English so I don't have to keep saying -"excuse me". Also still waiting 5 months for the $10 I was supposed to received due to broken wallflowers. Abysmal.
