Excelente atención
I had such a great experience at Bath & Body Works! I stopped by to pick up a quite large online order for myself and a friend before I had even received my confirmation email because I was heading out of town. Cindy and Sonia went above and beyond to help me get my order together so I could stay on schedule. They were both so kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. Their excellent customer service made the whole experience stress-free. Thank you both for making my day a little easier!
Politely asked if she knew who was in the truck blocking my car and asked if she knew when they’d be moving as I had to be somewhere and the truck was completely blocking my car. Lady responded with “in a minute” and then just stared at me. She had plenty of time to sit at the doorway and talk about her vapes with a random lady.
6/22 - Got a notification saying my order is ready today. I get to a store and there is a sign in the door that says “temporarily closed sorry for any inconvenience”. Called customer service and they provided no info Update 6/24 - still closed
