Terrible experience with the young cashier with dreads. There’s no reason you should be on your phone the entire time while checking out a customer. He was barely paying attention, texting while I was asking questions.Waited on him to finish whatever he was doing on his phone throughout the whole checkout process. I Have never experienced that at a bath and body works. I’ll drive further to the one in locust grove or south lake mall from now on. Bad customer service
