This is a business that will last forever. But, managers come and go.
I placed an order for in-store pickup two days ago, and I have yet to receive any confirmation that my order is ready. The delay is extremely disappointing and has caused me a lot of frustration. Because of this slow and unresponsive process, I will not be ordering online for pickup at this store ever again. The experience fell far short of my expectations.
I have always been a huge fan of this store. And probably I will still be. However, today, this review it's just to warn to check your bill and # of items. A review did not crossed my mind, but for some gut feeling, my mind won't let me feel it was a mistake. I was watching the payment machine screen while Rose(the cashier) was ringing the items.
