Blonde white manager gave me the third degree about a return that was damaged when shipped to me and was not apparently aware about the 100% satisfaction guarantee??? I spend hundreds of dollars a yr here and she was treating me like a criminal. The atmosphere here is so much different than the Edison Mall store. It feels tense and people follow you around like you are going to steal something. They also say they cant print receipts for returns at this store, but the Edison Mall does it, so I dont get it.
