I have always had a pleasant experience here, though some days I walk away happier than others because of the workers. Some just really know how to sell well and be cheerful and make you walk away happy. Today I’m posting a review primarily to brag on one worker here in particular; Amber. She really knows her stuff, and was very helpful and had a genuinely happy personality. I really enjoyed her help and hope her management sees this review.
I really love the staff at bath and body works. I love their enthusiasm for the product and how they always seem happy. With that being said.....I was not able to catch the young ladies name today but I was told that they no longer carried the "at the beach" lotion. Having my $5 coupon I was so excited to purchase some more. Come to find out they had taken them all off the shelf and they were hidden in the drawer below. When I asked her about it she came up with more lies. Very disappointed with how this was handled.
I go in for ONE thing and because of the prices, I leave with a bag of things! The employees are always super helpful and knowledgeable! I've never had a bad experience there.
