purchased 2 groups of items for gifts. I asked to get them wrapped. I get home (1hour and 20 minutes away) and realized the girl didnt put something in one of the gift bags that I purchased. I called the store this morning and explained what happened. I also explained I live far away and coming back WAS NOT an option for me. if the young girl that was packaging my gifts had paid more attention to doing my order correctly and not flirting with the gentleman there, I'm sure all would be fine. Very poor customer service!! My mom had a bad experience there on Saturday 12/30 (employees ignoring her to have personal conversations) and then I went in on 12/31 and the one woman working there seemed very irritable. Another customer was asking her about the coupon she saw me use on my phone and this employee was extremely rude and impatient with her. I will never be shopping at this bath and body again the employees are rude not helpful and above all else the manager doesn't know how to manage your store properly

The amazing women at the waterville maine store helped me find the perfect scent for my gf. Forever midnight and they were so kind to wrap her new engagement ring with the set for her it looked perfect and my now fiancé loved it so much thanks ladies.... wes bowden
