I brought a glass soap dispenser that I bought that was defective. Even though the manager admitted it was defective, she refused to give me a replacement. She wanted to give me credit for a sales price but then I would have to pay full price for a replacement as it was not currently on sale! I wasn't trying to cheat anyone, I just wanted what I already paid for! I spend $ hundreds per year here but not anymore. I ordered 7 bottles of lotion, but only received 6 bottles of lotion. After I contacted them, they said the item was out of stock and promised to refund me. However, they only refunded me $1.04 for one bottle of lotion. I cannot buy a bottle of lotion for $1.04. I feel like I was scammed.
Simply the kindest and most magical people. I bought 2 candles at the Pooler location and my bag broke and one of my candles shattered and I was told I couldn’t get a replacement since it broke right outside the door and policy keeps them from replacing candles broken outside of the store.
