Went in on 4/28/26 to redeem my $10 off $30 with a free bodycare item. Ended up with a woman with purple hair - BONNIE raising her voice at me in a hostile tone over a simple misunderstanding. I had been there an hour, but I still remained calm and patient. Its clear she did not know what she was doing, and I even tried to help with the simple math of ringing up items, but she was stubborn in her ways. Thanks to the young lady who helped me!
