I am beyond disappointed with the way my order was handled by Bath & Body Works and the manager, Amy. I placed a prepaid order for pickup and, because I am currently recovering from major neck surgery and am only five days post-op, I asked my sister to pick it up for me. She had my order confirmation email, barcode, and order number. This also isn’t the first time she has picked up an order for me.
