You need to hire more people on the check out lines. Every time I go in the Shirley store, I wind up standing on line for at least an hour. Unacceptable! I would go more often if it wasn't for the waist of time on line . Otherwise, I do admit the workers are polite and doing the best they can.
It was the annual candle sale day so the store was CRAZY!!! All the associates were very helpful and trying to move things along! Long lines but they moved quickly! Successful day of candle shopping!!!!
I love this Bath and Body Works! The employees here are wonderful and friendly and helpful and really know their products! My favorite place to escape to when I need a break!!
