Today I received by wallflower refills and the packaging was horrible. They were in a big box just rolling around. I'm glad they weren't broken, they are glass. I think the packaging needs alot of improvement, what if they broke and someone got cut. This was my first time ordering online from your company, I was very disappointed.

Very disappointed in my in-store experience today. There is ONE employee in this store right now. I've been waiting to check out for at least 10 minutes & there are still 4 people waiting to check out ahead of me. There are 6 people behind me waiting to check out. It's a Saturday, holiday weekend, great sales but there's only ONE employee here? Not the way I wanted to spend a good chunk of my morning. Waiting in line for an excessive amount of time.
