Yikes. Bath & Bodyworks is ordinarily a very busy place, especially around this time of year, but there was only 1 person at checkout, after one disappeared into the back, and another associate on the floor was making busy by “arranging “ product while making no attempt to assist customers on the floor. C’mon guys, let’s get this right.
