I had a very disappointing experience at the Bath and Body Works at the Pleasant Prairie Premium Outlets. Most of the employees were friendly and helpful, but the manager’s attitude completely changed the experience. She came across as catty, unprofessional, and made me feel unwelcome. The store itself was also disappointing. The sale selection was very limited, with more empty bins than actual products. It felt picked over and poorly stocked. Unfortunately during my shopping trip here I was bothered multiple times by a young boy. He claimed he was selling candy for school, but proceeded to continue to ask me and then flip me off when I said no. I am there to shop, not be solicited for a fake cause. Schools would not have you selling random candy in a strip mall. When I told one of the workers, they proceeded to tell me that they “allow it because it’s for school”.
