I had an extremely upsetting experience at the Joliet mall store today involving a supervisor named Tina. I have shopped at Bath & Body Works for years, and I have never left a store feeling as embarrassed and uncomfortable as I did today. I went in there for a pick up, showed the girl my phone with the order number and then somehow ended up leaving the store without my order because they were so confused trying to figure out my account information for a purchase and simple $6 sanitizer holder damage return that they forgot to put the item in my bag. It’s a shame grown ppl act like children when an exclusive item comes out such at jack skeleton they were literally about to fight . Secondly, why isn’t the store giving out tickets especially for the candle holders or bags the big hot items . My daughter was in tears there had none left on launch day come to find out and witness some grown lady had like 7 cauldrons like come on you really need 7? Some of these ppl buy it all then resell it on eBay etc . Do better management it should be 1 item on the big stuff person not 7!... read more
