Do not shop at this bath & Body works at the location in Joliet Lewis Mall. I bought a transaction for $166.88 and was charged twice. I was told it was a glitch in the system and the other payment will be released. But today as on my bank statement it's saying both transactions were completed. Now I have to wait 3 to 5 business days to receive my money. With no regards to the inconvenience that they caused. Not a coupon or anything and this happened on my bday .
