Woodbridge Mall. Made a return totaling $14 and a purchase of $16. Girl charged me 8. Receipt shows a charge of 8.95 for a 1.50 hand sanitizer. When I questioned it she said That’s the way we do it. Ridiculous. Won’t be going back
