I had a great experience shopping here with my boyfriend and Marlee is an absolute sweetheart. The last couple times she has helped me make sure I have my reward points app to scan and lets me know about the great deals this store has.
The worst place to buy stuff. I went a couples days ago and they had a problem with their system, the force me to pay again even after the transaction said approved it
stop, but this last visit really stood out. My girlfriend is obsessed with their dragonfruit fragrance spray, so we went in hoping they still had it in stock. Not only did they have it, but the staff knew exactly what we were talking about the second we mentioned it. Great selection
Bath and Bodyworks does not like to rectify their mistakes. I visited the Middletown, NY store today to purchase some candles. I saw on the app that they had 3 wick Mahogany Teakwood candles for $6.73, in store they were $26.95. I was told by the cashier that in order to get them at the lesser price I would have to go on the app and have the candles shippped.
