Virtually always met with a helpful and cheery associate who makes pickup or checkout a breeze. Aside from one isolated issue with a manager, I always receive top-notch customer service at B&BW-The Mall @ Bay Plaza

I placed an order online and unfortunately I don’t get the email confirmation. I’m not sure if it was a system glitch or what. However I called the store and spoke with a sales associate. She assured me she’d pull the order. She gave me the order number I mistakenly left it at home. Long story cut short I was directed to the manager.
