went on a thursday afternoon and wanted a sweet-ish scent, but didnt know what to get. one of the sales associates on the floor was super sweet (i forgot her name, but she was a kind asian lady) and she took the time to go through a whole bunch with me. found a new favorite and im very grateful ♡
If i could give this location zero stars i would. I was the only black customer in the store and the manager Devin kept following me around. At first i thought it was just my imagination, but then i realized it wasn’t. No matter where i was in the store she was basically right next to me. I tried my best to ignore it but i couldn’t. All i wanted to do was use my $4.95 body care coupon but i couldn’t after being racially profiled. I will continue to shop at BBW but never at this location.
