the employees all told me the wrong price of products in my hands and over charged me by $50. I was not able to return the items and the manager wouldn't do anything for me to compensate. Bad business tactics. The manager said his employees were wrong so I had pay the price for their mistake.

I already knew what I wanted when associate Kerie (Hope I spelled her name right) approached me with a pleasant smile and we talked about the product I was getting. When she seen my hands were a little filled she kindly gave me a bag. She also showed me more of the product I liked. Hope she's on next time I visit the store.
Let's start with the manager , she is so full of energy and despite how busy they have been she was so pleasant and helpful . Cashiers were very nice , kept smiles on their faces and were so patient even with difficult customers . This is what customer service should look like .
I enjoy the stress free bath soap and lotion, I was in Vermont last week the sales girl was great outstanding person. She sign me up for E-mail so I could get coupons wonderful person for doing that for my daughter and me.. I also was told your company change the hand soap which is a good thing. As my hands were get dry. I I will be going to you store this week to get more hand soap and stress bath soap and lotion as a gift. Thank you Kathy
