Love the staff always kind nice and cheerful
I received several Bath & Body Works items as a Christmas gift and attempted to return or exchange a few that were not my scent style. The items were unopened, brand new, and I had the original gift receipt included in the box from the online order—which is exactly what most gift recipients receive.
