The customer service was horrible, and I found out they fired one of the only people that were actually welcoming. smh.
Very friendly and helpful
The store at the Highlands was well stocked with lovely displays .The two associates I interacted with were very friendly & helpful. One of my favorite things though was the little sink where you could wash your hands to try out the handsoaps!
The manager is amazing, her name is Amy and she's the sweetest. I've never felt more welcome to an establishment then this one. Great Job Amy can't wait to see you again at my next visit! 🫰❤️
The last few times i have been in this store has made me decide to go to any other location but this one. One of my visits the salesperson approached me five times about if my daughter and I needed assitance and seemed to be offended that i had no need of an offered basket. I have never felt like i was considered a thief, but i did this day.
