Not sure what happened to this place, but there seems to have been a change in management and it has gone extremely downhill since then. The old manager Jess was great, and after she left the majority of the staff seem to have gone with her. They all went above and beyond for customers any time I came in which used to be quite frequently. The new manager is extremely rude and condescending to customers, and the new staff don't seem very happy under her either. I have started going to the Colonie Center location instead.
To me, this is the best Bath & Body Works in the area. The service and salespeople are very courteous. Messiah and Julianna are a phenomenal great help every time I’m there. Without hesitation, they are prompt to help and service you with a smile.
I WAS HERE GETTING A FEW ITEMS FOR FREE! I DID NOT SPEND NO MONEY.. SO PROUD OF MYSELF.. I HAD A FREE UP TO $9.95 COUPON, WHICH I GOT THE NEAPOLITIAN ICE CREAM SPRAY MIST! IT SMELLS BEAUTIFUL & JUSTBLIKE ICE CREAM TOO! I LOVE IT!!!! I ALSO HAD A FREE REWARD UP TO $18.95, WHICH I GOT MY FIANCE A OCEAN BODY SPRAY HE LOVES! LOVE BEING ABLE TO SAVE..
I was trying to order online and it wouldn't take my log in ,,I tried several times,then I went and ordered from gooses Creek amazing
I showed up around 11:30 today to get some new products I was talking about vanilla cafe with two of the employees and they went above and beyond called Lee mass for me and found out that the outlet store has some in stock and recommended a new cherry scent to me over all they went above and beyond give them a raise.
