It’s Sunday, at 12;20 and they’re the only store at Towne and Country not open. Staff is just walking around.
This was my first time visiting this particular Bath and Body Works and I didn't know which entrance to go in. I drove around the Fairfield Mall 3 times before I decided to call. The lady who answered the phone was very nice and gave me exact directions. I had no trouble finding it after that. If anyone else needs to know you drive to the back and enter through the food court entrance which is entrance C.
The cashier Naomi had a bad attitude and bad customer service.
I frequently use online ordering with in-store pickup, and unfortunately this is the second time I've purchased an item from this location that appeared to have been previously used. This time, I purchased a bottle of Peach Blossom & Nectar Moisturizing Body Wash. When I got home and opened it, approximately one-third of the product was gone.
