My experience was great until I went to the register to check out. Jordan was very rude and dismissive. He then proceeds to have a conversation with the young lady at the other register while I am still checking out. No display of professionalism nor good customer service. Do better.

Yesterday was absolutely insane and the store was super busy, but the employees at the register were incredibly nice, patient, and helpful. They were clearly doing their absolute best to manage a nonstop crowd and keep the checkout line moving, even while dealing with customers who weren’t very kind or paying attention. Huge credit to the staff for staying professional, calm, and friendly under pressure. Store at Opry Mills was so packed for the $4.95 sale, but I got some very nice items for people for Christmas. Have another sale like that before Xmas.
