I drove all the way from Connecticut to Providence for the day, and the night before I placed an online order for Bath & Body Works to pick up at the Providence Mall location. I received the notification that my order was ready for pickup, so I expected the process to be quick and easy. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely frustrating. I went yesterday at lunch time looking for mini lotions that are usually located near to the cash register. Because I couldn’t find them and no one offered me help, I let the cashier know what I was looking for. Her answer was: all our mini lotions are in display, but how I was going to know exactly. No body offered me help. Then I saw them when I was leaving the store. So poor customer service, no one was willing to help me.
