I went yesterday at lunch time looking for mini lotions that are usually located near to the cash register. Because I couldn’t find them and no one offered me help, I let the cashier know what I was looking for. Her answer was: all our mini lotions are in display, but how I was going to know exactly. No body offered me help. Then I saw them when I was leaving the store. So poor customer service, no one was willing to help me.
Unpleasant experience today with Katie Store Manager of Providence Place location. I was 15 minutes late for an online order pickup. The order expired 15 minutes prior to store opening. Nothing she could do outside of offer current sales for the day which were higher priced almost double of what I paid online. She referred to “corporate policy”.
