The entire vibe in this place was amazing today, even during the busy semi annual sale. Although everyone was extremely nice and helpful, the cashier and fellow mother went out of her way to make my day. I think we should be friends. High five to this store and extra stars for her 🌟🌟🌟
The customer service here has really upgraded. And they’ve hired a person of color as well which makes me happy to see. I never got her name but she’s super nice and very knowledgeable, respectful and so very amazing with kids, I’ve seen her stoop to eye level to speak with them which is heart warming, this bath and body did a job well done hiring her, she’s as you can say the sauce to bringing a lot of customer clientele.
There’s no way you can go to the United States without bringing back a few Bath & Body Works lotions, because not only are they wonderful, but the prices are very tempting. And the store offers great deals; buy three, get three free. I love walking into Bath & Body Works stores because you can smell the fragrance as soon as you walk in. I really love it.
