Went to Bath and Body for their huge lotion sale, and from beginning to end the staff was helpful, efficient, fast and kind! We even had a problem with a gift card issued from the store (a different location) and had to contact customer service by phone at checkout. They immediately took care of the issue, were helpful, friendly and diligent. Ashley at the Valley Fair location is AMAZING! So organized and SO helpful. Give that woman a raise @bathbodyworks!!!
