Horrible customer service. Wasn’t acknowledged in a non busy store. Had to go up to an employee to ask for help. Reluctantly, employee stopped her stacking task and quickly answered my question. Decline in bath product (luxe bath which was more expensive and supposedly created more bubbles) but did not. Limited scents of this product line than prior years. Not a fan, will no longer be using B&BW products.
