Brought back in a candle that is unusable. Two of the three wicks will extinguish prematurely and won’t even burn only one of the wicks will burn for a long period of time. Of course this happens and I’m down to 50% of the candle and they won’t take it back because they want 75% or more of the candle back which I understand but I’m having this problem at 50% when technically this candle is non-returnable so that’s $25 down the drain for a item this is faulty from the manufacturer and don’t get me wrong. I’m really disappointed in my experience here. I placed a pickup order (picked up 2 days ago) and was given the wrong wallflower scent, I was irritated but I understand that accidents happen. I called and they said to bring it in and they could swap it out for the correct one. I was okay with this. I brought it back in tonight to swap it out only to get home and discover that the girl helping me put the incorrect scent I brought in BACK IN MY BAG.
