I was greeted very well coming in there were two large women there as I was standing in line to purchase my Ithems the lady got in front of me as I was standing in my circle social distance instead of the checker saying ma’am she was next in line he took her and I was left standing until another checker came and helped me

I always buy my bath and body works in Milwaukee however as today was my first time in Kohlers B&BW. Customer Service was GREAT! Can't wait to go back! it would be nice if they had a remodel or get the floors fixed. The floors seem to haven't been built sturdy in a few spots in the store.
Who at corporate can I contact about the customer service I received at this location?!?!? Walked into this location and not much of a greeting. Only "Just so you know we close in 2 minutes" and they wouldn't let my little girl use the restroom, which I get it's not a public restroom- but explain that to my impatient child who needs to go NOW or an accident could happen.
