Employee tried to take my gift card she insisted there was no balance on it and then proceeded to cut it I asked for it back went and found a manager showed her my receipt she produced another card for me did not say nothing to that employee
Today I didn't have a coupon and Stephanie at Bath and Body Works told me I could find one online, but it didn't work. After the cashier rung me up, Stephanie found the coupon and refunded me the money I would have saved on the coupon. She did it without question and with a smile. It made my day!
