Employees were incredibly rude! Will never shop at bath and body again
Worst customer service ever! I will NEVER order anything from this store again. HORRIBLE! Made the mistake of giving this particular Bath and Body works a second chance. And, AGAIN, the customer service here is horrible. Excuses, excuses, excuses are all I hear when they either can’t get my order right or don’t have it ready on time. Don’t take on-line orders if you have no intention of being able to fulfill the orders.
