Walked in on a Friday night to the Bath & Body worked in Temecula. store was closed at 8:10pm. So I Googled to double check store hours and it definitely showed closing soon at 9pm. 😔
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the Bath & Body Works Temecula location today. I placed an online order for 7:00 AM pickup for the Nightmare Before Christmas collection. My credit card was charged, and I received a confirmation number, which led me to believe that the merchandise had been located, allocated to my order, and would be held for me to pick up. I stopped by this week and was blown away by the great customer service of Eden. I am a manager myself and having an employee like that is all we could ever ask for. From the second I walked in, to leaving. Answered every single question I had for being my first time there and did so with a smile. Thank you so much for the great service! I will definitely spread the word !
Wednesday saved my day.. i was having a rough moment and couldnt make it through the store she grabbed the noir spray lotion and body wash for my son and met me up front she has amazing customer service genuine and very nice THANK YOU WEDNESDAY
I had an excellent experience at Bath & Body Works! The store was clean, well stocked, and had a great selection of products. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and happy to help me find exactly what I needed. They made shopping easy and enjoyable without making me feel pressured.
