**Updated Visit: March 3rd, 2026** I came in to return my Birthday Gift, only because I accidentally ordered a Bar Soap for a male instead of a female, so I came in to exchange it. Jade was very welcoming and I let her know I was there to exchange my soap. She led me to both the Eucalyptus and Lavender scents and highly recommended the Lavender one. I actually agreed!! Bath and Body works recently had a FLASH SALE of $2, $3, and $4 minis! I ended up ordering 4 products online for an in-store pickup. The online checkout process was smooth and easy and even picking up my orders in-store was an easy task!
