Shirley is a very sweet employee! Store has a good selection.
Went Christmas shopping with my daughter and she was checking out some of the fragrances they have. A lady by the name of Andy, was really rude to her and told her to not use the ones that weren’t samples. My daughter didn’t realize what she was doing because she is a kid. Really rude staff. I’ll take this review down if I get an apology from her.
Very rude staff. went into this place with a bunch of my friends, and we are all blind. We were told we don’t have enough staff to help everybody. Very poor customer service For a A store located in a city that is supposed to be blind friendly Given there is a school for the blind and a facility that trains blind people Statewide. We were willing to wait for assistance, but the staff were so rude. We ended up just leaving very, very sad!
