Friendly employees for the most part
I had a great experience at Bath & Body Works. Kaylani was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made my visit so much better. She went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed. Kudos to Kaylani for her greatcustomer service.I’ll definitely be back!
I always enjoy shopping at Bath & Body Works—it’s one of my favorite places to grab gifts or treat myself. The store is always clean, smells amazing, and has a great variety of products. What really made my visit stand out was the customer service. Kaylani was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience even better with her recommendations. It’s always a good experience when I visit this location. Alex helped me from the moment I walked in until I left. He is amazing, has great energy, and offers excellent recommendations. My the car scents that he helped me pick smells so good. Thanks Alex!
What a wonderful way to greet customers with a long face and nasty attitude too bad she didn’t have her name tag but it was a lady with brown hair and a bun , white nike shirt and an ironic diversity equality badge, terrible customer experience and made me not wanted to buy anything anymore
