Came in to see if I got some sort of gift or discount for my birthday. My birthday is tomorrow I came in and asked an associate and she said I would’ve received a coupon in the app. It is not there and I showed her it was not showing in my app. She said sometimes I’ll get it before my birthday or sometimes after. So basically I just have to come back some other time And maybe I’ll have the coupon. Won’t be returning.
Friendly staff, prices have increased which is understandable. However, when you have a coupon for something $16.95 or under, you’re forced to get something way cheaper because the price on the items that were $16.95 are NOW $17.95. I must say that was a “Boss Move”, so I’ll probably start shopping at Burlington’s or Forman Mills for smell goods.
Bath & Bed Body Works, RiverPoint, Chicago is 5 Stars! The first time is a longtime, I greeted by a sales rep. with the new fragrances testers and strips, to tryout! Also Carolyn greeted me with friendly customer service and assisted me, as well!
Neat, clean, and of course, VERY FRAGRANT!!
