I used to buy ALL my lotions, body washes, bath bombs, etc at the one in the Indian Mound Mall. I will never spend another penny in that place. My six year old was with me and saw an employee who was obviously a man, dressed up like a woman and was wondering why her voice was so deep. My kids shouldn't have to be subjected to that nonsense in a retail store! Never again! Your decision to be inclusive is going to cost you money. I'm contacting corporate after Christmas. I had the pleasure of shopping here this last weekend before Christmas. Every employee was engaged, happy to be there, happy to help, and very knowledgeable on products. I was also greeted by pretty much everyone there. I received wonderful help and recommendations from Stephanie, and I wish I could name more employees! As someone who also works in sales management, I love getting the service that I strive to give. So from one sales family to another, thank you and I hope everyone has a Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!
